About me

Well, here it is...

I'm in my early thirties and have been battling my weight as long as I can remember. If you want to hear my story, as it pertains to my weight, then check this post here. 

I live in Ontario, Canada in a town north-west of Toronto. It's close to the country, which I've grown to love, but close enough to the city that I can visit whenever I want.

Me in a nutshell: I was married in 2009 and separated in 2012. I'm happy now with where my life is going, and I want to be happy about my body. I want to feel good and I want to look good. 

The happiest time in my life was when I was active, eating well and looking great and I want that back.
